The hotel has some notable positives like its great location for exploring the city and friendly staff, but there are definite room for improvements, especially in the dining experience.

When I arrived, the room was a little cold for my liking, and there were some cleanliness issues like dust and bugs in the bathroom corners. The floor-to-ceiling glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom was intriguing, but it felt a bit exposed at check-in time.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag for me. DeLetha really stood out by going above and beyond to accommodate our group, but some other staff came off as robotic with their responses. However, overall, they were friendly and helpful.

Despite the closed swimming pool and ongoing construction work during my stay, the hotel's location was awesome. It was perfect for exploring the city on foot or taking quick Uber trips to different neighborhoods. However, the constant parked cars in the driveway made it difficult for through traffic.

The dining experience left much to be desired. The quality of the food was substandard, and at $32 per head, it felt overpriced for what was offered. Serious improvements are needed in the restaurant.
